Frozen NutriStart Breakfast Popsicles

All that’s in these frozen beauties is yoghurt and fruit – That’s it!! Then you can dunk them into NutriStart if you want to add a little crunch.


  • Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Fruit, thin sliced (Kiwi, Strawberry and Blueberry) 


  • Add a little yoghurt to popsicle mold.
  • Slice fruit slices down the side if you want them to show and look pretty.
  • Add more yoghurt and then more fruit until the mold is full.
  • Un-mold and serve with a bowl of NutriStart.
