Wheat-Free Chocolate Pancakes

  • 1 cup of NutriStart Active chocolate smooth porridge
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of sugar (no sugar also works, or a sweetener)
  • Milk (depending on desired consistency)
  • Cooking spray for frying


  • Mix oats, eggs, sugar and milk together to desired consistency.
  • Spray the oil into a pan, when it is hot add spoonfuls of the batter.
  • Flip over the pancakes after 2-3 minutes.
  • Fry until golden brown and puffed up.
